This vacancy is for a Management and Program Analyst position in the Office of the Under Secretary for Economic Affairs (OUSEA). This Job Opportunity Announcement may be used to fill other Management and Program Analyst, 0343, 5, FPL ZA-5 positions within the Office of the Under Secretary for Economic Affairs (OUSEA) in the same geographical location with the same qualifications and specialized experience.

Duties

Provide executive support for senior leaders. Provide program management and coordinate administrative services for an executive office. Lead and perform a variety of administrative tasks and activities. Communicate in person and in writing to interact with and exchange information with colleagues in a statistical environment.

Qualifications

Specialized Experience: For the Band V (GS-15), you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the Band IV (GS-14) in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes planning, coordinating, and overseeing a variety of administrative functions for an executive office focused on producing statistical products; includes travel support, records management, continuity of operations planning, strategic planning, and coordination for budget, acquisitions, IT supports, property and space. Education: Education can not be substituted at this band/grade level Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer.
