As a Program Analyst, you will perform broad, high-level assignments and projects related to IT governance, IT management, customer experience, community management, policy analysis and review, research, and portfolio management.Location of Position: GSA, Office of Government-wide Policy, Office of Shared Solutions and Performance Improvement (OSSPI), Washington, DC.We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
Duties
Performs research and analysis in the areas of: IT governance, IT management, customer experience, community management, and portfolio management related to IT management policies.
Leads, plans, develops, coordinates and collaborates on development of new and/or revised policies, standards, and procedures, including recommending improvements in federal policies and program functions across organizational lines and servicing organizations.
Manages all coordinating aspects of the Chief Information Officers Council including logistics, coordinating agendas, and ensuring projects/working groups remain on track.
Serves as a Spokesperson and liaison to internal and external high-level staff, managers, partners, and other stakeholders on the Chief Information Officers Council. Provides high level support, guidance and collaboration functions to ensure that CIOC priorities and commitments are communicated and achieved.

The GS-14 salary range starts at $132,368 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience executing assignments/projects and providing guidance to staff in the following functional areas: Information Technology (IT) governance, IT management, and IT portfolio management. Related experience includes providing guidance on priority setting, project management, strategic planning and budget, and serving as an expert consultant as it relates to the portfolio's governance activities and to ensure portfolio's business needs are recognized and evaluated thoroughly.
