You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst within the FAA, Air Traffic Organization, Western Service Center, Resource Management Group, Management and Administrative Support Team, AJV-W640.
Duties
Develops procedures, systems, and methods on a variety of management functions and activities in one or more of the following areas - organizational planning and development, staffing utilization, productivity, work improvement and work methods, work measurement and staffing standards development, delegation of authority, goals and objectives, and/or information management.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)
- A recent SF-50 is required (See Required Documents for requirements)
- Interviews maybe conducted.
Qualifications
To qualify for the FG-12, you must demonstrate in our application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G, FG/GS-11 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is experience with organizational or project teams to accomplish program objectives; experience providing interim guidance to assist in the transformation of programs or tools; and experience knowing, using, and calling upon available resources to best meet stakeholder needs.
