Duties
You will support all department personnel with creating and modifying travel orders.
Assist with the maintenance and updates of the Organizational charts.
You will assist with the preparation of excess Plant Property Equipment for DRMO.
You will collect mandatory training certificates and track all training department-wide.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or DG-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Supporting personnel with creating and modifying travel orders; 2) Assisting with the maintenance and updates of organizational charts; 3) Preparing/handling miscellaneous new hire requests/tasks; and 4) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

The following education may be substituted for specialized experience:
4 years above high school
This education must have been obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. One year of full-time academic study is defined as 30 semester hours, 45 quarter hours, or the equivalent in a college or university, or at least 20 hours of classroom instruction per week for approximately 36 weeks in a business, secretarial, or technical school.
