This position serves as the Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, located in the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Office on Violence Against Women (OVW), Administration Division (AD) in Washington, D.C. The primary purpose of this position is to manage and provide guidance to administrative staff who support one or more administrative programs with OVW, under the direction of the Executive Officer.
Duties
The duties and responsibilities for a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst generally include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Serves as the subject-matter expert on three or more OVW administrative programs.
2. Recommends responsive and dynamic administrative infrastructures to support organizational and individual accomplishments.
3. Initiates meetings and participates in discussions between OVW officials and representatives of various offices of the Department.
4. Serves as a senior liaison with various offices of the Department and with other agencies.
5. Assesses OVW's administrative program effectiveness or the improvement of complex administrative and management processes and systems.
Requirements
- You must be a United States Citizen or National.
- You must successfully pass a security/background investigation and a drug screening.
- You must be a current Federal employee within the Department of Justice on a Competitive Service appointment.

Qualifications
To qualify for the position of Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, (GS-0343-14), you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below AND possess the required specialized experience specific to this series and grade.
If you are a current Department of Justice employee on a permanent appointment in the competitive service, you will need to demonstrate 1-year (52-weeks) at the next lower grade level, to meet the time-in-grade requirements for this occupational series and grade.
Specialized Experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent band in the Federal Service.
Providing leadership with advice on projects or administrative matters regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
Providing guidance to administrative staff who support one or more administrative programs to include human resources, diversity equity inclusion and accessibility, security, emergency preparedness, facilities and property management, records management, and/or procurement.
