The DEAI Program Analyst position has three primary purposes: (1) to assist in development and monitoring of organizational benchmarks relating to diversity, equity, access, and inclusion; (2) to create and strengthen transparent reporting mechanisms; and (3) to implement and manage effective DEAI learning journeys for employees and volunteers.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet the Qualification Standards Handbook requirements for the GS-301-12. A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is at least one year of experience (combined), equivalent in responsibility to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service, performing a variety of administrative support duties in the arts, culture, education, or other related fields. Analytical and evaluative ability sufficient to develop, implement, and maintain organizational systems and software to improve the administrative efficiency and communication across the Division. Familiarity with DEAI theory and practice, industrial/organizational psychology, change management, and/or quantitative analysis and descriptive statistics and teaching experience sufficient to plan, execute, and assess programs. Demonstrated ability to take new program ideas and develop them into coherent programs following through from creation to implementation and evaluation of program. Proficiency in organizational, administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to organize and implement diverse projects simultaneously, within established deadlines, and to respond quickly, courteously, and knowledgeably to requests for information and materials.
