You will serve as a LEAD MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (JOINT) in the Manpower and Personnel Directorate (J1), Manpower and Civilian Personnel Division (J13), Manpower, Organization, Requirements and Resources Branch (J133) of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Duties
You willl lead and provide comprehensive joint manpower and organizational services to a variety of joint organizations throughout USINDOPACOM area of responsibility (AOR).
You will manage manpower requirements and allocation of active-duty, reserve, civilian and contractor resources within the command.
You will assign segments of projects to various participants and coordinates efforts with the group.
You will prepare study goals, objectives, and milestones while making adjustments as required.
You will ensure compliance with military budget controls, within established budgeting practices, and with stated DoD and Joint policies.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following;
Utilizing critical and analytical skills to identify complex problems, probe causes, and develop logical solutions and recommendations.
Analyzing and reporting progress, outcomes and recommendations in clear, concise manner to high level executives.
Planning, managing, organizing, and directing a small team and projects.
Applying pertinent laws, regulations, policies, and precedents which affect the use of program and related support resources.
Providing a range of comprehensive joint manpower, organizational, and resources services to a host of joint organizations.
