You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (JOINT) of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Duties
You will assist in preparing Program Objective Memorandum (POM) issue papers as part of the Programming, Planning, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process
You willl provide comprehensive joint manpower and organizational services to a variety of joint organizations throughout USINDOPACOM area of responsibility (AOR).
You will advise the INDOPACOM Commander on joint manpower management policies, plans and programs
You will direct manpower surveys, analysis and related reviews to improve organization, staffing and productivity.
You will design and conduct complicated management surveys, reviews, manpower studies, and research projects and provides advisory services on matters with internal and external stake-holders
You will organize study work, with input and support from other analysts and subject-matter specialists
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following;
Utilizing Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution process for Manpower; 2. Analyzing workload requirements to validate man-hours, skill, staffing pattern, and optimal organizational design to execute the workload; 3. Interpreting complex legal and policy theories and apply them to analysis of requirements, resources, and organizational design requirements; 4. Developing plan of actions, milestones, analysis of alternatives, and lead cross-functional teams when required in a disparate functional staff
