This position is located in Big Cypress National Preserve, in the Facilities Management Division. This position is a Career/Career-Conditional Full-time appointment. Duties

Develop and review estimates, technical reports, plans, and specifications; project labor, equipment, and material requirements; and develop financial plans. Build and maintain effective cooperative partnerships, establishing and maintaining working relationships with management, district supervisors, vendors, contractors, cooperating organizations, partnership associations, concessionaires, government agencies, community and volunteer groups, environmental organizations, and other special interest groups. Communicating orally and in writing to effectively prepare clear and concise submissions/reports and personal interactions. Responsible for ensuring equal opportunity for all employees supervised, and in the selection of employees for training, promotions, awards and recognition, and career development opportunities. Reviews and recommends improvements of work methods, organizational features and the structuring of positions. Conduct routine periodic inspections of job sites and work places, identify and correct job safety and health hazards
