You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYSIS OFFICER (STRIKE HPP) in the NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND of CTR FOR EXPL ORD DISP DIV.

Duties

You will identify actual or potential problem areas to evaluate the effect of alternative or corrective actions on program objectives. You will document human performance progress or changes as they relate to the performance plan goals of command personnel. You will create a written plan of action to document continuous process improvement initiatives. You will establish metric and analysis systems to assess efficiency, effectiveness, or compliance with procedures for organizational programs.

Requirements

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
  • Employee will be required to wear and use personal protective equipment as required and provided by the employer.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applies knowledge of kinesiology, dietetics and nutrition, physical therapy, occupational therapy, cognitive performance and strength and conditional training sufficient to meet Sailor readiness needs in varied training environments; 2) Evaluates, analyzes, researches, and implements program guidance for the STRIKE HPP to validate current and future requirements; 3) Analyzes emerging training requirements to identify new resources, facility, budget, or programs which will enhance the command program; and 4) Coordinates work with others to ensure assignments and/or projects are completed in a timely manner.
