You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the CENTER FOR EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE DISPOSAL AND DIVING of CTR FOR EXPL ORD DISP DIV.

Duties

You will oversee military personnel administration, awards, and evaluations/fitness reports. You will design studies on total workforce manpower to determine organizational structures, realignment, or functions. You will extract data from databases to support conclusions or recommendations. You will review, monitor, and manage incoming administrative taskers and follow-up until completed. You will identify and analyze policy and procedural issues to formulate solutions.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizes manpower, military performance systems, and awards databases i.e. Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS), Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS), My Navy Assignment (MNA) and Navy Standard Intergrated Personnel System (NSIPS); eNAVFIT; and NDAWS; 2) Coordinates with external and subordinate commands to obtain/provide requested information; 3) Researches and interprets management and program policies, procedures, directives, instructions, and other applicable guidelines; 4) Exercises personnel management to include evaluating employee performance, authorizing leave, interviewing candidates for positions, providing training needs of subordinate employees, hearing and resolving complaints and recommending personnel actions, such as selections, reassignments, disciplinary actions; and 5) Provides consolidated manning reports and status of on-board and projected manning levels from subordinate commands.
