You will serve as an Equal Employment Manager developing, managing, and evaluating Equal Employment Opportunity programs (EEO) for serviced Commands/activities. The duty station is Beaufort, SC.
Duties
You will develop, manage, and evaluate Equal Employment Opportunity programs (EEO} for serviced Commands/activities.
You will serve as the primary advisor to the Commanding General/Commanding Officer (as EEO Officer) at each activity.
You will ensure that the workforce as well as supervisors and management officials are trained regularly on the legal and regulatory framework of the Federal EEO program and EEO complaint procedures.
You will provide advice, guidance, and other assistance to Commanding General/Officers, management officials, supervisors, EEO committees, employees .or applicants on EEO program requirements and processes.
You will manage the EEO informal and formal complaint processes.
You will promote coordinate, implement, and monitor the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program.
You will provide direct administrative and technical supervision to an Equal Employment Specialist.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least oone year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying technical EEO knowledge and skills to execute and evaluate a civilian equal employment opportunity (EEO) program to include advising on the application of equal employment opportunity (EEO) program requirements and developing strategic initiatives and recommendations for manager/leaders in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and Agency requirements.
