Qualifications

To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.To qualify for the Grade 13, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-12, it must include: Experience in both pre-procurement and post award functions for the day-to-day execution marketing and media contracts. Experience in developing and executing advertising and marketing campaigns that include television, radio, social media, earned media, and digital platforms. Experience as a liaison between the program office, contractor, and acquisition staff. Experience working with external advertising agencies to create and implement marketing and advertising campaigns. Experience in developing and executing a marketing and advertising budget. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: Knowledge related to procurement development, budget planning and tracking, and contract administration. Knowledge in developing and executing successful marketing and paid and social norming advertising campaigns that showcase the ability to plan, implement, and analyze consumer market research, and develop and implement strategic marketing and advertising efforts. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with managers, peers, and customers at all levels.
