Duties
You will request for construction, maintenance, repair, renovation, replacement, and other services.
You will monitor all phases of work execution.
You will analyze repair and maintenance work accomplishment against published standards to determine the quality of work performed.
You will manage large amounts of incoming communications via telephone calls, emails, and digital requests generated within the Computerized Maintenance Management System, USMC max.
You will schedule projects for efficient and timely execution whether performed by in house workforce or by contract.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card to make official government purchases for goods and services.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
Qualifications
GS-09
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Implementing maintenance plans; preparing and releasing work orders; scheduling various phases of projects into the production facility; organizing workload priorities to meet production requirements and start/completion dates.
GS-07
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: preparing jobs, work orders and assisting with or maintaining workflow. Implementing the functions, methods, techniques, and procedures of production control.
