What are we looking for?A minimum of one year experience overseeing operation of an establishment or facility.  Knowledge of cash handling procedures and skill to operate cash register, handling large sums of money accurately.  Skill to process daily activity paperwork.  Ability to communicate both orally and in writing, and to provide work direction to other employees.
