Duties
Researches and provides instruction in the linkage of financial and property data from the procurement and property systems.
Evaluates and resolves warehouse and property computerized systems and functional workflows, in the areas of receiving, inventory, delivery, and property management functions.
Performs property accountability duties to include reporting, accountable assignments, performance of annual accountable Property, Plant and Equipment inventories, program management property, transfers of property, and overall inventories.
Develops, formulates, and implements the warehouse receiving and property system to control and to manage expendable and non-expendable inventory at Headquarters and subordinate regions.

- This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment. Failure to maintain security eligibility may result in termination.
- Security Clearance level may be Secret or Top Secret.
- Drug testing may be required.
- Position may be designated as Mission Essential and incumbent may be required to report to work or relocate to a new duty location, within the United States, in times of local/national emergency.
Qualifications
One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade GS-11within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.
Specialized experience at the GS-12 level is defined as: Utilizing property accountability systems to conduct inventory and monitor property; coordinating with stakeholders on matters pertaining to property management and accountability; and utilizing computerized databases to create reports and spreadsheets.
Volunteer Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
Education is not substitutable for specialized experience for the GS-12 grade level.
