About the Position: Serve as the Senior Installation Resilience Program Manager and Technical Authority in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Energy and Sustainability (ODASA (E&S) under the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations, Energy, and Environment (OASA (IE&E)). Relocation incentive MAY be authorized by IAW agency policy. This organization prefers resumes no longer than five pages.

Duties

Develop management guidance on the implementation of policy matters to senior leaders in the Army Secretariat. Lead implementation of long-range plans for various policies. Coordinate the official Army position on various sustainability regulatory proposals. Serve as technical consultant to senior Army leadership complex and significant program requirements.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance.
  • Temporary Duty Travel (TDY) of 5% or more may be required.
