You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Office of the General Counsel of OFFICE OF GENERAL COUNSEL.
Duties
You will identify and coordinate all resources, records and communication required for hiring and onboarding and provide administrative support for other personnel hiring actions and professional development programs.
You will serve as the liaison to OGC commands worldwide and work closely with commands and HR offices in coordinating, processing and tracking of civilian personnel actions pertaining to attorneys.
You will review and analyze application packages to determine compliance with qualification standards and ensure timely execution of requirements needed to effectively implement programs.
You will assist senior leadership in strategic workforce planning and in preparing detailed manpower and personnel execution plans.
You will provide administrative support to the attorney classifying authority.
Requirements
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience supporting the hiring and onboarding of civilian personnel.
Experience assisting with position management review and classification of position descriptions.
Experience applying analytical techniques to extract information and make recommendations to leadership and external parties.
