The Office of Resolution Management, Diversity, and Inclusion (ORMDI) supports the VA's commitment to improving the lives of employees, Veterans, families, caregivers, and survivors to ensure equitable treatment and experiences with VA. ORMDI is responsible for managing EEO complaints for all of VA and advises senior leaders via governance boards and processes on a wide range of issues to eliminate barriers for underserved communities advancing Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (I*DEA).
Duties
Maintain timekeeping systems to audit timecards, enter premium pay, overtime, and compensatory time.
Provide guidance to employees on processing travel authorizations/vouchers.
Provide reports on timekeeping, travel, and PIV issues based on compiled data.
Serve as a liaison between offices and financial service centers regarding timekeeping or travel related issues.
Explain travel/timekeeping processes, decisions, or policies to employees or customers.
Serve as a Level II Contracting Officer Representative.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience:
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religions; spiritual; community; student; social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

To qualify, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-12) in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience is defined as work that involves (1) Maintaining timekeeping systems to audit timecards, enter premium pay, overtime, and compensatory time; (2) Serving as a liaison between offices and financial service centers regarding timekeeping or travel related issues; and (3) Explaining travel/timekeeping processes, decisions, or policies to employees and customers.
Time-in-grade: Applicants who are/were federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements. For a GS-13 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-12 level. To support your claim of time in grade, you must submit your most recent appointment, promotion, or within grade increase SF-50 (not an award or general adjustment SF-50). Education
There is no educational substitution for the GS-13 level.
