You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST of the Military, Manpower and Personnel (MMP) in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Navy for Manpower & Reserve Affairs (ASN (M&RA)). ASSTSECNAV M-RA WASHINGTON DC.
Duties
You will analyze issues/problems and provide written analysis.
You will receive and evaluate stakeholder feedback identifying strengths, weaknesses, and vulnerabilities.
You will develop, revise, and update program procedures contained in DON manuals and instructions.
You will maintain a continuous oversight of internal action items, and liaison with other offices, other service headquarters counterparts, and Department of Defense (DoD) counterparts to integrate and track actions.
You will work closely with senior level staff and provide guidance, training, and support on various administrative and task management issues.
You will compose letters, memoranda, statistics, organization data, and forms required to accomplish day-to-day work.
You will provide oversight of and manage military personnel policy and programs, liaising with other offices, and other military department and Department of Defense (DoD) counterparts, to formulate and articulate policy positions to DON leadership.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience performing analysis of program issues to define problems, ensure compliance and effectiveness, and recommend corrective action;
Experience applying policies to formulate management objectives and develop and implement procedures; AND
Experience providing guidance, training, and support on various administrative and task management issues.
