You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the OFFSECNAV WASHINGTON DC.
Duties
You will serve as a subject matter expert on concepts, techniques, and administrative processes within the DoD and DON regarding all administrative management policies and procedures.
You will conduct functional studies of the Administrative Division, analyzing procedures, workflow, and operations.
You will continually track the progress of documents and directives to ensure that all action items are properly staffed and that established deadlines are met.
You will establish a working point of contact for each Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) Action Item, document, and DoD Directive.
You will research into files utilizing computer-based tracking systems to retrieve documents as needed.
You will rate the performance of the civilian personnel within the division, evaluating work performance for the military personnel, leave approval, discipline,
training and leadership.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience with Task Management Software Solutions (ETMS-2), or a similar system designed to track correspondence tasks across a large organization.
Experience establishing procedures for handling correspondence action documents.
Experience with concepts, practices, and techniques applicable to public administration, resource, personnel management and public information.
