The purpose of the position is to perform recurring building and/or utility maintenance and operation duties and to assist journeymen and other higher graded maintenance workers. Incumbent utilizes knowledge and skills in several trades and crafts.

I performed these duties without more than normal supervision. My work was spot checked for compliance with work and safety standards and policies. I have answered questions related to the job to others. Due to the nature of this position, a driver's license is also required at time of EOD.
