The purpose of the position is to perform recurring building and/or utility maintenance and operation duties and to assist journeymen and other higher graded maintenance workers. Incumbent utilizes knowledge and skills in several trades and crafts.

To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors:

Minimum Qualification (SCREEN-OUT)
I have experience where I performed/assisted in work in at least three of the trades listed (painting, electrical, plumbing, and operation, maintenance, and repair of public surface water systems. I performed these duties without more than normal supervision. My work was spot checked for compliance with work and safety standards and policies. I have answered questions related to the job to others.
Due to the nature of this position, a driver's license is also required at time of EOD.
