About the Position: This position is with the National Guard Bureau, SUST/INSTL/ENV/OPS/BN, CAMP J T ROBINSON, Arkansas.
Camp Robinson is home to the PEC and its 75-acre campus consisting of 25 buildings and a total staff of approximately 420 military, civilian contractor personnel. We annually provide instruction to over 20,000 members of the military force.
Duties
Develop or review training and course materials, aids, and devices, and evaluates the training results.
Recommend updates to lesson plans (short and long range) as changes occur in subject matter area or there are technological changes that alter method of delivery.
Conduct classroom instruction via resident/on-site or distance learning modalities.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes Cross train in a diverse wide area of logistic to include ordnance, quartermaster and transportation using resident classroom or alternate methods such as MS Teams or blackboard learning systems; assist in developing or reviewing training and course materials, aids, and devices, and evaluate the training results in the area of logistics.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service (GS-09 or equivalent)
OR
I have successfully completed a Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. [remove LL.M., if unrelated] with a major study in education or a subject area related to the position to be filled, such as, adult education. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)
OR
I have the specialized experience as described in A, but less than one year; and I have at least two years of graduate education as described in B, but less than the required three years. I have computed the percentage of the requirements that I meet, and the total is at least 100% (To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then, divide your semester hours of graduate education beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify.). (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)
