About the Position: This position is located at: National Guard Bureau ARNG Support Activity, INST/LOG/ENV Training Center, Camp J.T Robinson, Arkansas. About the Surrounding Area: Camp Robinson is home to the Professional Education Center (PEC) and its 75-acre campus consisting of 25 buildings and a total staff of approximately 420 military, civilian contractor personnel. We annually provide instruction to over 20,000 members of the military force.

Duties

Apply supply and services programs, procedures, and roles/responsibilities for Army National Guard (ARNG) supply facilities. Recommend changes to instructional methods or other training program aspects based on study results. Review informal and formal student evaluations to ensure the course has met organizational goals and objectives. Plan and assign work to be accomplished by subordinates.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes reviewing the development, preparation and presentation of quartermaster-specific (Supply and services) course material; conducting research to select detailed quartermaster training material from various sources; coordinating for course classrooms and computer equipment; creating course evaluation tools by analyzing training results; leading a group of employees in such areas as planning and assigning work, evaluating the performance of subordinates, recommending training when necessary, and /or resolving work problems to improve overall operations.. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Education / Training Program AdministrationInstructional Environment ManagementOrganizational AwarenessTraining and Education Analysis Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
