THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST-Title 5, Position Description Number T5510000 and is part of the WI JFHQ G4, Wisconsin National Guard.
Duties
Perform daily tasks as assigned by the Brigade PBOs to include, but not limited to, Turn In's, Lateral Transfers, Administrative Adjustments and Property Book increase and decrease transactions, and DST transactions.
Annotate all changes to the Property Book balance on the Working Primary Hand Receipt (PHR). Publish Working PHR quarterly for property book reconciliation for each unit command and supply team.
Generate, print, review and publish Monthly and Quarterly reports to subordinate units. Receives, reviews and processes completed reports from subordinate units and manages filing and Brigade suspense matrices.
Complete daily transactions to ensure accurate property book accountability for each DOD Document Number generated as well as conduct a quality control of suspensed and posted documents to ensure proper filing.
Assist PBOs with training events, equipment fielding's and changes of supply/command inspections to complete supporting documentation or other tasks as needed.

Qualifications
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training involving judgment and/or analytical ability in the logistics field. Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To qualify for the GS-2003-09 position, you must have at least one year experience at the GS-07 level. Experience conducting extensive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex logistics transactions; and/or provide logistical operations support. Candidate has Microsoft Suite experience and is knowledgeable on SAP data base platform for example: GCSS Army. Able to coordinate work with unit/activity representatives concerning priorities, procedures, and work accomplishments. Candidate can review, analyze and interpret logistical directives and procedures. Candidate has excellent customer service skills to be able to effectively work with multiple agencies. Able to work in a fast paced, detail orientated environment.
