As a Program Support Specialist, you are a resource for management and will analyze and communicate fleet data to meet regulations and mission needs for the scope of the organization.Location of position: Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) - GSA Office of Fleet Management, Zonal Operations, Zonal Vital Records Center (ZVRC)The selectee will report onsite to the duty location in Kansas City, MO.
We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
Duties
As a Program Support Specialist, you will serve as a liaison to management. The incumbent has direct involvement in confidential administrative management issues, decision-making, meetings, discussions, telephone calls, projects, carrying out all policy work related to the scope of the organization.

The GS-09 salary range starts at $60,905.00 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify at the GS-09, you must possess one of the following:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience must have included:
Provides administrative operating processes for the organization.
Provides customer service to a wide array of internal and external customers.
Utilizes computer systems, programs and databases for automated data input and monitoring.
Utilizes spreadsheet, document, and presentation software to develop reports and presentations.
Creates and maintains tracking systems for all incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Maintains, scans, and organizes digital and paper filing systems.
OR
A master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related.
OR
A combination of graduate level education and appropriate experience that together meet the qualification requirements of this position.
