You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HOUSING MANAGER in the Unaccompanied Housing Division of JOINT EXPED BASE LITTLE CREEK FT STORY.
Duties
You will plan, prioritize, schedule, and assign work to the staff, directly and/or through subordinate supervisors.
You will mentor, advise, and counsel midlevel managers and staff on both work and administrative matters.
You will develop, implement and monitor installation unaccompanied housing policies, programs, procedures, financial management, facilities maintenance, repair, improvements and minor construction.
You will manage the preparation, maintenance and implementation of the budget.
You will interface with Unaccompanied Personnel Housing/Public Private Venture partner, sharing concerns and solving problems that arise in residential facilities.
You will serve as Technical Reviewer for all Unaccompanied Housing contracts and PPV projects and is accountable for monitoring contract performance and maintaining constant communication and collaboration.
You will determine requirements and manage all resources used in support of assigned bachelor housing facilities and infrastructure, including personnel, facilities, funds and materials.
You will review and respond to audit and inspection reports and is responsible for the correction of identified deficiencies.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing technical oversight of the installation Family Housing Services functions for Public Private Venture (PPV) property management functions; 2) Planning work assignments and making adjustments to meet substantial changes in workload, work priorities, and deadlines; 3) Working with the Housing Installation Program Manager (HIPM) to develop and implement short-range and long-range plans for construction; 4) Providing advice, council, and instructions for Public Private Venture (PPV) housing; 5) Determining requirements and managing all resources used in support of assigned housing facilities and infrastructure, including personnel, facilities, funds, and materials. Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
Possession of an LL.M., if related
or
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience
