About the Position: This position is with the U.S Army Sustainment Command, Joint Personal Property Shipping Office, Mid-Atlantic Customer Service Management Division, located in Fort Belvoir, VA.

Duties

Schedule appointments, ensuring members have all required documents before their appointment. Advise members on transportation entitlements, weight allowances, and shipping procedures. Prepare shipping records, ensuring proper documentation for shipments. Advise on special item shipments, calculate excess charges, and issue reimbursement forms. Maintain transportation records using an automated system.
