Duties

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As an Human Resources Specialist (Information Systems) , you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Functions as Project Manager or Task Lead to assist in design and development, data analysis, data automation, stakeholder engagement, and/or HR workflow automation. Creating and managing an HR knowledge base that includes an internal use only portion. Maintains professional and proactive stakeholder engagement to support the optimum use and support of the HRIT systems. Compiles data and prepares complex administrative and management reports that emanate from the Department or executives in the organization. Liaison techniques to make clear and concise oral and written presentations to internal and external customers. Provides functional analysis of all federal HR, data quality management, functional testing, developing reports, and tracking the organizations workforce data.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Specialized Experience:You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-12 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing at least three (3) of the duties listed below: Develop web-based applications by way of designing, coding, and testing within applications SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform (i.e.: Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, etc.) Prepare software documentation, technical reports, and/or presentations explaining or justifying recommendations to management and budget decisions. Work with clients and customers to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, and/or satisfy their expectations. Interpret and explain human resources concepts, policies, procedures, laws, standards, and/or regulations. Documenting experience: IN DESCRIBING YOUR EXPERIENCE, PLEASE BE CLEAR AND SPECIFIC.
