About the Position: Serves as a Program Manager for the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations, Energy and Environment located at the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia.

Duties
Work closely with the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (Installations, Housing and Partnerships) and other senior leaders, in assessing Army housing program goals, priorities, and workload requirements.
Apply an extensive knowledge of program management concepts, principles, and practices related to housing operations and business practices.
Represent the Assistant for Housing and Chief of Capital Ventures at meetings, briefings, and conferences on matters relating to goals, plans, and capabilities of proposed and approved programs.
Coordinate the formulation of a multi-year plan to bring complex housing privatization programs from concept to transfer of operation.
Conducts periodic program review and analysis briefings to compare progress with objectives and established milestones.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes providing technical advice/assistance regarding housing operations and business practices; briefing stakeholders on project status and significant developments; and utilizing a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to evaluate the effectiveness for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14).
