Duties
As a Management and Program Analyst you will:
Conduct management and program improvement studies which cover programmatic and administrative areas identified through such means as internal control reviews and management studies.
Conduct complex, cross-cutting workforce analysis and demographic studies.
Participate in the budge formulation process, present, execute, and analyze organization's annual resources requirements.
Interpret and translate new and existing congressional guidelines relevant to line programs.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify at the GS-13 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level, which must include the following experience: planning and coordinating administrative activities of personnel, financial and property management, procurement and/or contracting.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
