Qualifications

Specialized Experience for the GS-11One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-09 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments:1. Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis.2. Experience managing new work methods or processes.3. Experience communicating to key stakeholders in planning studies OR EDUCATION (see EDUCATION SECTION of the vacancy announcement) OR A combination of both education and experience in which the total percentages must equal at least 100 percent to qualify an applicant for that grade level Specialized Experience for the GS-12One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-11 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments:1. Experience using analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to assess program effectiveness.2. Experience presenting project status updates to senior leadership.3. Experience recommending new work methods and techniques. Project Management: Knowledge of the principles, methods, or tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, and managing projects and resources, including monitoring and inspecting costs, work, and contractor performance.

GS-12 and GS-13

Education cannot be substituted for grade level.
