You will serve as a Resources Specialist in the Sea Range Support Division, Point Mugu Sea Range Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.

Duties
You will execute operational and engineering project coordination while working with Program and Test Managers.
You will establish facilities requirements, forecasts facilities and transportation resource requirements, and evaluates program effectiveness.
You will plan Sea Range-Operational Test events and evaluate and provide real time information and decision making.
You will provide coordination and support for the transportation of equipment/supplies to/from and around San Nicolas Island (SNI).
You will serve as point-of contact for Sea Range programs and operations regarding procuring and executing material management functions to meet and maintain integrated logistics support goals.
You will develop, implement, and oversee the management of preventive maintenance programs to ensure life expectancy of operational facilities.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a bargaining unit position.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing expertise in facilities management practices, including preventive maintenance programs, construction project oversight, and facility inspection techniques; 2) Planning and executing the movement of personnel, equipment, and materials in support of large-scale operations in logistics and transportation management; 3) Planning and coordinating complex test events, ensuring resource availability (e.g., facilities, vehicles, cargo space, and billeting) to support overlapping and high-tempo operations; 4) Developing and presenting briefings, managing program needs, and providing technical recommendations for facility and logistics operations.
