As an RWA & Small Projects Specialist, you will serve as the Regional Reimbursable Work Authorization (RWA) expert to perform project/programmatic oriented analysis in the following areas: Program Analysis/Outreach; Process Improvement and Data Systems; and Policy Management.
Location of position: Public Buildings Service, Design and Construction Division Region 8 Rocky Mountain Region.
We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

- Meet all eligibility criteria within 30 days of the closing date
- Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable

The GS-13 salary range starts at $103,049 per year and varies by location.
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify at the GS-13: You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience in the management of a reimbursement program for the repair, alteration, and/or improvements of facilities and/or work spaces. Such experience must include: analyzing and resolving operational problems in project management, financial management, acquisition, and/or property management; assessing program development and execution; and cultivating customer/client relationships.
