As a PBS Program Specialist, you will serve as a Repair and Alterations Program Specialist providing a wide range of programmatic expertise and guidance on the accomplishment of capital improvements and other major renovations impacting facilities under the Region's jurisdiction.
Location of position: GSA, Public Buildings Service (PBS), Portfolio Management and Customer Engagement Division, in Region 8.
We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $103,409 per year and varies by location.
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify at the GS-13: Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience independently performing asset business planning and financial analysis for a portfolio of multi-level commercial buildings and office complexes. This experience must include asset performance analysis; recommending and evaluating repair and alternation projects and building programs; analyzing financial performance and investment alternatives; and participating on and/or leading an asset planning team.
