About the Position: Serve as the Contract Management Support Officer in the Resource Management Directorate to meet Installation Management Command (IMCOM) supply and service contract requirements.
Duties
Serve as the Contract Management Support Officer (CMSO) with the reponsibility to assist management in developing and identifying near and long-range plans.
Engage in Acquisition Planning and Program Management (ARMP) review and reporting process.
Facilitate Acquisition Review Board and supporting processes.
Responsible for complete life cycle of planning and execution through initial and subsequent contract periods for complex type contracts which range from incentive closest contracts to fixed-price contracts.
Responsible for assignments involving procurement planning and procurement program execution activities for projects.
Monitor contract execution in the Enterprise Business and Accounting System.
Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience 1) managing contract planning, execution and administration 2) analyzing, planning and reviewing procurement requirements 3) preparing reports or briefing contract data for meetings, inspections, audits and in-progress reviews and 4.) System Administrator for General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) provisioning system. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11 or above).
