Duties
As a Management and Program Analyst you will:
Analyzes and Evaluate Organizational Management and Administrative Operations.
Analyze and Evaluates Line Health Care, Health Regulatory, or Human Services Program Operation.
Provide Technical Advice on Policies and Procedures
Advise management and program officials on routine aspects of management or program-related policies and procedures
Develop and Recommend Operational Policies and Procedures
Review and evaluate established managerial and program policies and procedures to identify any problems.

Minimum Qualifications GS 9:
To qualify at the GS-9 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level, which must include the following experience: understanding management practices of an organization and addressing issues and in travel and procurement processes and procedures.
OR
completed a Masters degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such degree, LL.B or J.D., if related . This education has provided me with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of this position. This education was obtained from an accredited college or university.
OR
Have a combination of education and specialized experience that together meets 100% of the qualification requirement for this position.
Minimum Qualifications GS 11
To qualify at the GS-11 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level, which must include the following experience: analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of organizational management and administrative operations specifically as it relates to travel and procurement processes and procedures.
Or
have completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such degree, or LL.M if related . This education has provided me with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of this position. This education was obtained from an accredited college or university. Education leading to such a degree or LL.M., or other field of study with course work directly related to the position
Or
have a combination of specialized experience and education beyond the first 3 years of graduate study as mentioned above that together meet 100% of the qualification requirements for this position.

Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Promotion potential: Promotion to the next grade level is at management's discretion and is based on your meeting qualifications and time-in-grade requirements, demonstrated ability to perform the higher-level duties, the continuing need for the higher-level duties, and administrative approval. Promotion to the next grade level is not guaranteed and no promise of promotion is implied.
