We're looking for a Deputy Associate Director for Program Development/Chief Product Officer to join our team!
Duties
In this position, you will serve as the Deputy Associate Director of Program Development and Chief Product Officer. Additionally, this position:
Serves as the Deputy Associate Director and, in addition, serves as the Chief Product and Sales Officer. Serve as the Associate Director when the position is unavailable, or when the position becomes vacant.
Leads a team of experts consisting of marketing, business development, communications, and customer experience specialists.
Supports the Associate Director's efforts to identify, attract, recruit, and develop a multi-disciplinary Office of Program Development team that focuses on and delivers millions in annual revenue needed to fund NTIS's operations and services.
Serves as the Deputy Associate Director, in addition to serving as the Chief Product and Sales Officer. Serve as the Associate Director when the position is unavailable, or when the position becomes vacant.

Qualifications
To qualify, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level. Specialized experience is defined as experience making decisions and initiating required action in program planning, scheduling, or budgeting; or reviewing marketing officers' products.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
