You will serve as the Assured Command (AC2) Officer for Commander Pacific Fleet (COMPACFLT) OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FACILITY.
Duties
You will be directly responsible for the development, refinement, and implementation of the Command and Control of Command and Control (C2 of C2) and Assured Command and Control (AC2) concepts, doctrine, and procedures at COMPACFLT.
You will serve as the Director of Maritime Information Warfare POC for integrating cyber ops, C2 lines of ops, and associated cross-functional intel and comms system processes as they relate to ops and assuring the ability to C2 assigned forces.
You will plan and coordinate PACFLT support and participation in Navy, Joint, and/or Combined exercises and operations testing, exploring or advancing the C2 of C2 and AC2 concepts, doctrine, and processes.
You will direct cross-functional team members consisting of technical subject matter experts and all domain operations planners in their assigned actions to support operations and the AC2 Working Group.
You will serve as the Chair for the AC2 Working Group and the facilitator for the Resilient C2 Board.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is considered Key/Emergency-Essential. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support to ensure the success of combat operations or the availability of combat-essential systems.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position in specialty area 441 and as a condition of employment incumbents are required to comply with the DON Cyber IT/CSWF Program requirements of SECNAV M-5239.2.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector planning and overseeing the execution of all domain operations (land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace); assessing and articulating information operational requirements; determining if technical solutions, in space, cyberspace, and throughout the electromagnetic spectrum, meet information requirements; and identifying operational information requirement gaps that can be filled with technical solutions.
