As a supervisor/manager, the selectee for this position will be eligible to receive a Manager Performance Incentive (MPI) provided eligibility requirements noted in agency policy are met. The MPI is an annual lump-sum incentive payment that considers agency performance, the manager's individual performance, and available funding.This position serves as the Chief of Staff to the Executive Director and the Deputy Executive Director in the Office of Accident Investigation and Prevention.
Duties
The position will manage the front office operations for the organization and directing the activities of staff, while providing technical oversight and advice to other positions throughout AVP.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).
- Designated or Random Drug Testing required.
