Serves as the Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health (EOSH) Coordinator for the WSA Technical Services EOSH Support Operations Group, Program Support Center, with overall authority and responsibility for compliance with federal, state, and local Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health regulations.
Duties
Performs multiple, varying, and complex assignments under the minimal direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional. Serves as an OSH expert for the ATO EOSH program requirements, fall protection, electrical safety, lockout/tagout, construction support, training policy development, accident investigation and reporting, and other EOSH program elements. Identifies and prioritizes program initiatives based upon resource availability.

- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).
- Certification/Recertification of a Moderate Risk Security Clearance Required.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position at the I pay band level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent at the next lower level, FV-H, FG/GS-12. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized Experience Statement: Specialized experience is: Presenting agency and locally developed safety and occupational health policy and programs to higher levels of management. Developing safety and occupational health standards, regulations, practices, and procedures to eliminate or control potential hazards. Training employees, supervisors, managers, or other safety and occupational health personnel in safety or occupational health subjects.Applicants MUST include examples of specialized experiences in their work history and be specific when describing specialized experience.
