You will serve as the Director of District Operations, a supervisory position in the Texas Division with the primary responsibility and authority to support the Division Administrator and Deputy Division Administrator in delivering the Federal-aid Highway Program in the State in accordance with all Federal laws and regulations. You will also provide on-site leadership of the day-to-day operations of the Texas Division office.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade.For the GS-14: You must have at least one year of specialized experience, equal or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level, which included:
Experience performing program management principles and practices relating to highway and surface transportation programs; AND
Experience in providing program oversight and conducting process reviews and strategic planning, specifically, experience working with the Strategic Plan, Strategic Implementation Plan, Unit Plan, and program and risk assessment process.
