About the Position: This position is located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Advance Leave Accrual may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.

Duties

Serves as principal program manager and key advisor to Network Leadership on all matters relating to the business, contract, and procurement programs. Develops policies and procedures necessary to implement the FAR, DFARS, NMCARS, AFARS, and develops Network acquisition instructions. Reviews directives and regulations issued by higher headquarters to determine impact on the Network and issues appropriate implementing instructions. Formulates and publishes procedures to support and execute the decisions of senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
