As a Supervisory Realty Specialist, you will perform a variety of short-term and long-term space acquisition, assignment and utilization work for internal and external stakeholders.
Location of position: Public Buildings Service (PBS), Leasing Division, Caribbean & New Jersey Branch (2PRC).
We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
THIS IS A TEMPORARY PROMOTION NTE 1 YEAR.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $103,409 per year and is dependent upon duty location.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is managing a wide range of large scale, complex, and/or high visibility real estate transactions for commercial office space by researching, interpreting, and applying knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and practices. This experience must include performing the following:
Lease acquisition including negotiating, preparing and executing real estate contracts;
Conducting market surveys and real estate site inspections;
Performing real estate project management using project management tools to manage projects from inception to closeout;
Conducting cost analyses for real estate transactions;
Monitoring lease transactions and documents for procurement and financial accuracy; and
Analyzing and providing technical advice and direction in the development and implementation of real estate policy.
