This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14.
You will serve as a Supervisory Property Lead (Code 6073) in the Business Operations Office in the Platform Integrity Department (Code 60) of CARDEROCK DIV NS.
Duties
You will be the liaison between the Department and the Command’s Property Management Office (Code 107) and NSWCCD Purchase Card Agency Program Coordinator (APC).
You will mentor personnel, support knowledge transfer and professional growth.
You will support Business Operations Manager with creation of policies and processes.
You will direct, plan and review the work of the Property Branch.
You will ensure proper record management of all OandMS and GE records in ERP.
You will manage day-to-day OandMS requirements (receipt, acceptance and issuance, storage and consumption) and GE processes (movement, asset tagging, DRMO, certifications, etc.).
You will ensure staff complete training requirements and maintain certifications.
You will be responsible for managing and distributing the workload for all Property Branch personnel.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-4 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading administrative and technical tasks for property management departments (equipment, purchases, ERP, workload, budget practices, analysis, reports and communication) to achieve project objectives.
