The Enterprise Performance Management Team (EPM) in the Office of Transportation Policy Studies (HPTS) is seeking a management and program analyst. A principal focus of the EPM Team is to integrate risk management and provide the framework by which FHWA plans, manages, and evaluates organizational performance. The selectee will lead and support organizational management, strategic planning, and risk management efforts, ensuring compliance with federal reporting requirements.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.To qualify for the Grade 13, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-12, it must include:
Experience supporting or serving as a project manager for organizational management, strategic planning, and risk management efforts, including Federal reporting and documentation requirements, to provide consultation, interpretation, and guidance.
Experience using qualitative or quantitative methods to analyze, assess, and improve program effectiveness.
Experience developing and maintaining cooperative relationships within a team and stakeholders.
Experience utilizing data management tools, such as Excel, SharePoint, PowerBI, and other statistical tools to conduct research, evaluate data collection and analysis techniques for enhancing program effectiveness and efficiency.
