The Strategic Management Division provides innovative strategies and evidence-based information to develop policies, enhance the administration of justice, and improve the quality of services at the DC Courts. The Data Analytics Associate provides analytics services in designing, analyzing, and reporting organizational performance measures and other data from the Courts' data warehouse and other systems.

- A probationary period of one (1) year must be successfully completed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in social science, public administration, or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the use of data analytics, statistical software packages (e.g., SPSS, SAS, etc.), and Oracle BI Suite tools, PC hardware and software applications, etc.; work experience in a court environment is preferred.
