You will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager in the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Assistant Commander (ACOM) for Supply Chain Management Policy and Performance of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.
Duties
You will will function as the supervisor of the Program Management and Business
Operations team, providing program and overseeing Assistant Command business operations.
You will ensure NAVSUP 04 programs are effectively interpreted for the field, goals
are well-defined, and plans communicated and coordinated before being put into effect.
You will serve as a focal point for staff integration, tasking, staff coordination, and dissemination of information.
You will oversee development of comprehensive plans and strategies for the internal and external integration
of day-to-day and long-range projects, actions, and activities
You will provide continuing assessment of the coordination strategies, goals and support efforts, and redirect such efforts to foster success in meeting the command’s overall strategic objectives.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of Supervisory program manager specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing leadership, management, supervision, technical direction, guidance and assistance in support of the Department of Navy. I have mastery knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness or the improvement of complex management processes and systems. I have experience formulating, developing, establishing, and implementing program policies and procedures through the use of program evaluation studies and developing new methods and procedures to measure program accomplishments, results, and effectiveness. Examples of specialized experience include the majority of the following: 1) Ability to gather and compile data, assess the accuracy and completeness of the data, assess the relevance/significance of the data, analyze and confirm findings, and make recommendations; 2) Experience with development of comprehensive plans and strategies for the internal and external integration of day-to-day and long-range projects, actions, and activities; 3) Participates in planning, managing, and carrying out support management responsibilities. Assigns projects and priorities related to functions and monitors workload to ensure timely completion and 4) Analyzes, evaluates, and recommends use of advanced automated technologies to streamline and/or enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
