This position is located in Immigration Records and Identity Services, National Records Center, National Records Center Executive Staff, Immigration Information Integrity Branch, Information Management Liaison Section.
As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will serve as a senior leader to the Information Management and Liaison Section to provide oversight of Immigration benefits and information sharing.
Duties
Offers leadership and guidance to both junior supervisors and staff, while overseeing the overall direction of the
Information Management Liaison Section.
Works with senior management to set the overall strategy and objectives for projects to align outcomes with the
organization's immigration information sharing goals
Oversees and ensures section contributions to data integrity and records disposition to achieve adequate and proper
documentation of the policies and transactions of USCIS and effective/efficient management of agency
operations.
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of the USCIS Records Program to offer guidance on records creation, maintenance,
utilization, and reconciliation, as well as the updating of electronic databases.
Responsible for direction and guidance over section that provides benefits support and conducts in-depth analysis of
immigration records in response to information requests from various government and law enforcement entities

The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 11/13/2024.
Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 11/13/2024.
GS-14: You qualify at the GS-14 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties:
Managing an administrative program or program segment with national, government-wide, regional, or multi-state impact.
Creating an environment that inspires, develops, and challenges employees to maximize resource utilization to successfully meet objectives.
Supervising, planning and assigning work of staff, and implementing at least three of the following: EEO policies, employee discipline, performance management, recruitment and selection of staff, training, budget, and/or resolution of complaints and grievances.
Leading as a team supervisor in establishing, documenting, presenting, and defending program level requirements and justifications.
