This position is located in Chief Operating Officer Organization (COOO), Human Resources Organization (HRO) and is responsible for the administrative and technical aspects of the Reasonable Accommodations Program.

Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. CG-13: To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the 12 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as (1) providing technical guidance and consultation to managers, supervisors and employees related to employee relations, equal employment or human resources matters; (2) preparing and analyzing human resources data and metrics; and (3) participating in the development of human resources related operating procedures.
CG-14: To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the 13 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as (1) providing technical guidance and consultation as a subject matter expert to managers, supervisors and employees related to reasonable accommodations; (2) preparing and analyzing human resources data and metrics; and (3) assisting with or developing human resources related policy, operating procedures and recommending process improvements.
